Notary

Notary service is offered to HPCU members free of charge. It is the responsibility of person signing documents to bring witnesses with them for any documents that require extra witness signatures. HPCU staff cannot act as witnesses. HPCU does not notarize Wills or Trust related documents, nor other financial mortgage closing packages. Picture ID required for all signatures being notarized. An appointment is requested by calling 218-722-9242.
