A savings account with $5.00 initial deposit is all that is needed to become a Harbor Pointe member. Upon opening a savings account you will have access to our full range of services including certificates, checking accounts and our full line of loan products, and once you become a member your entire family becomes eligible to join Harbor Pointe too. If you live in St. Louis, Carlton, Lake or East Itasca County in MN or Douglas County WI. you are eligible for credit union membership.
