Checklist for My Next Loan
To make your borrowing experience even easier, whether it’s a home loan, car loan, RV loan or whatever your borrowing need may be, here is a check list of items to bring along on your first visit with a loan officer.
- Recent paystubs from your employer
- If you receive other types of income, such as SS, retirement or disability income, bring current year benefit letter
- Self employed? Bring your last two years’ tax returns with all schedules
- Insurance agent name and company information
For home equity loans or mortgages we will also need:
- Property tax statement for all properties owned
- Homeowner’s insurance declaration pages for all properties owned
- Most current 2 years tax returns
