Q: Do you service your first mortgage loans?
A: Yes. Harbor Pointe Credit Union offers both In-house and secondary market mortgages. Call one of our mortgage specialists at 218-722-9242 for more information on the mortgage type that would work best for you, and to pre-qualify for your home loan.
Q: Do you offer credit life and disability insurance on any type of consumer loan?
A: Not at this time.
Q: What do you mean by risk based lending?
A: We use credit scores to create pricing therefore credit is a risk based report.
Q: How long does a consumer loan approval take?
A: 24 – 48 hours is our goal on each application, but some approvals may take longer, apply for your loan quickly online at HPCU.us or call one of our loan specialists at 218-722-9242 to take your application over the phone.
Q: What kind of loan can I get if I have no collateral?
A: Unsecured loans are available if no collateral is available. Call a loan specialist for details.
